Snoopy Blue Glass Table Lamp

Iconic Snoopy Designer Table Lamp with Dimmer The Snoopy table lamp was designed by brothers Achille and Pier Giacomo Castiglioni. They first conceived the idea for this extraordinary design back in 1967. The lamp’s shape is reminiscent of the popular cartoon dog Snoopy, after whom the lamp is named. Snoopy consists of a white base made of Carrara marble and a metal lampshade. Thanks to the materials used, the lamp appears very sturdy and high-quality. The light is directed toward the floor, making it ideal for illuminating a desk or a nightstand in the bedroom, for example. The built-in dimmer switch allows you to adjust the lamp’s brightness, ensuring ideal lighting conditions at all times. The switch also allows you to turn the lamp on and off. Since Snoopy has been part of the FLOS collection since 1967, the table lamp is considered an icon of the renowned Italian lighting manufacturer. FLOS is responsible for manufacturing the lamp and is also known for using high-quality, durable materials. For over 50 years, the company has been developing innovative lighting fixtures without losing sight of its core values. FLOS has been awarded the Compasso d’Oro, Italy’s most prestigious industrial design prize, on multiple occasions. In 2013, the manufacturer received the Red Dot Design Award.
